CLEARWATER ROOF & CISTERN, LLC IS NOW FOR SALE
First, we are not closing or shutting down the company. We will not abandon St. Croix and its people. We will find the right person to buy and take over ClearWater that has the same work ethic and customer service that I have.
We love my company, the customer base, the work, and helping the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands. We started ClearWater Roof & Cistern in 1998. It took us several years to convince people we could properly service a cistern in two days. The days of some "guy", plumber, handyman, or painter doing your cistern on the side was over!
When we started ClearWater Roof & Cistern, there were no full-time cistern maintenance companies in the U.S. Virgin Islands.....so, we started the first one. ClearWater steadily grew for the next several years. We kept it to a small staff, myself, and two trucks on purpose. We want a personal touch...not a call...and we will send you someone from the company. This is my choice, but there is enough work to support several crews...full time. We still do about 100+cisterns, 60+ roofs, and a few pools with a team of one or two employees and myself in a 9 month period of time per calendar year. I have been doing this for 26 years now. From what we have been able to ascertain, we have done more cisterns with my two hands than anyone else on the planet!
As a result, ClearWater Roof & Cistern, LLC has an immaculate reputation.

Word of mouth, showing up on time, publishing pricing for everyone to see, and doing your job right is all we have needed to maintain our financial success.
